The Sussan Group is a proud member of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI™). As BCI Members, we are sourcing our cotton under a system that works to improve cotton farming practices globally.
We are committed to contribute to the improvement of cotton farming practices globally through our BCI membership.
BCI Cotton is sourced via a system called mass balance which means BCI Cotton is mixed with other cotton types along the supply chain. BCI Cotton is not physically traceable to end products. Farmers that are part of the Better Cotton Initiative program benefit from the demand for BCI Cotton in equivalent volumes to those we source.
By 2030, our target is set to source 80% of our cotton as BCI Cotton.
